MCP tools
Every tool /mcp offers, what it needs and an example call, generated from the server's own list.
This page is generated from the list /mcp answers tools/list with, so it has the same 51 tools and the same words (a few health reads for operators are left out). tools/list shows a token only the tools its scopes allow; MCP explains the scopes, connecting an assistant and how saving works.
Each example is the JSON-RPC request an assistant sends to https://api.inorbit.hr/mcp. Replace the values in angle brackets with your own ids.
Three more tools come from the model service's own tool table and are listed only at run time: platform_status, list_models and radar_latest.

Your own devices that receive pages.
paging_get_device
Read one of my connected devices. One of the caller's devices; another person's is NOT_FOUND. The app reads its own on launch: NOT_FOUND means it was signed out elsewhere.
Scopes: mcp:read · reads only
| Argument | Type | What it is |

}Models
The platform's models and your budget for them.
llm_embed
Embed one or more texts with the tier's embedding model, for the tiers whose engine declares one (ModelInfo.embeds); FAILED_PRECONDITION otherwise.
Scopes: mcp:generate · reads only
| Argument | Type | What it is |
|---|---|---|
inputs | list of string | |
tier | TIER_UNSPECIFIED or TIER_FAST or TIER_DEEP |
{
"jsonrpc": "2.0",
"id": 1,
"method": "tools/call",
"params": {
"name": "llm_embed",
"arguments": {}
}
}llm_generate
Generate a completion for a conversation, streamed one chunk at a time. The last chunk has done set and carries the usage. Over REST this is server-sent events; on the multiplexed socket it is the same RPC by name. A tier runs a bounded number of generations at once with a bounded line behind them; beyond that, or after waiting too long in it, the answer is RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED starting "busy:", at once rather than after a minute. An agent with tools may call them before it answers: each call is a chunk with step set, run as the caller, bounded in number, in tokens (the same daily budget) and by the tier's deadline. Streams on the wire; this tool collects the stream into one answer (text joined, reasoning apart), up to the server's cap.
Scopes: mcp:generate · changes something · reaches outside the platform · collects a stream
| Argument | Type | What it is |
|---|---|---|
agent | string | Talk to this agent (an id from ListAgents): the service puts its instructions and knowledge in front of messages, which may then carry no system message of their own. Its tier and bounds apply where this request is silent. Empty: the bare model. |
lang | string | The language the visitor reads the site in ("en" or "hr"). With an agent, the service answers in it unless the visitor asks for another language or clearly writes in one; empty: English, until they do. |
max_tokens | integer | Longest completion, in tokens; clamped to the service's cap. |
messages | list of object | |
page | string | The page the visitor is reading (a path such as "/about/"): with an agent, that page's text is added when the agent's knowledge has it. |
reasoning | boolean | Whether the model may reason before it answers, for models that can. Unset leaves the engine's default. Reasoning spends the token budget before any answer appears; a short max_tokens with reasoning on can end with no answer at all. |
session_id | string | A session of the caller's to continue; empty starts a new one. Sessions are a record, not a memory: the request carries the whole conversation. |
temperature | number | |
tier | TIER_UNSPECIFIED or TIER_FAST or TIER_DEEP | Unspecified: the service's default tier. |

Ask a network one read-only JSON-RPC question. A method the network's list does not carry is FAILED_PRECONDITION with reason METHOD_UNSUPPORTED (the method and the network in the details); an unknown network is the same with NETWORK_UNKNOWN. Counted against the caller's daily allowance.
Scopes: mcp:read · reads only · reaches outside the platform
| Argument | Type | What it is |

method | string | The JSON-RPC method. |
network | string | The network's id. |

}evm_simulate
Run one call against a network's public state at a block, in an embedded EVM: what it would return, the gas it would use, what it would emit, and why it would fail. Every account, code and storage slot the call touches is read from the network's public endpoint once and counted against the caller's daily network-call allowance; a call that reads more than the platform allows stops. Nothing is signed, sent or traced: a question about state, not a replay of anyone's transaction.
Scopes: mcp:read · reads only · reaches outside the platform
| Argument | Type | What it is |
|---|---|---|
block | string | The block the state is read at: a number, "latest" (the default), or a block hash; every read of this call is at that block. |
data | string | The calldata, hex. |
from | string | The account the call comes from; the zero address when empty. No signature is needed and its balance is not checked. |
gas | string | Gas for the call; the platform's cap applies when 0. |
network | string | The network's id. |
to | string | The contract called; empty deploys data as creation code instead. |
value | string | Wei sent along, decimal; "0" when empty. |

accounts_get_me
Who am I. Who is calling: the person (or API key) the gateway verified, their own account, the team accounts they belong to, and for a key the scopes it carries. A monitor over a time range. A monitor's time range in equal buckets: runs, passes, failures, uptime and latency percentiles per bucket, and the failures by kind. At most 500 buckets, within the days runs are kept.
Scopes: mcp:read, connections:read · reads only
| Argument | Type | What it is |
|---|---|---|
bucket_secs | integer | Seconds per bucket, at least 60; 0 picks a width that gives about 100 buckets. More than 500 buckets is INVALID_ARGUMENT. |

Scopes: mcp:read, connections:read · reads only

Get the caller GET
Who the gateway verified for this call: the subject, its kind (`client` for a key, `person` for a person), the scopes, and under `org` the account the call counts against. The first call to make with a new key. Needs scope `identity:read`.
